Plant tissue culture chamber device with automatic humidification function

Abstract

The present invention relates to a plant tissue culture chamber device with an automatic humidification function, comprising an upper plate, a middle plate and a lower plate which are stacked. The middle plate is provided with through holes which are combined with the lower plate to form culture cavities, the surface of the upper plate is provided with a trough, the bottom surface of the trough is provided with liquid inlet holes, a piston is arranged in each liquid inlet hole, a liquid storage cavity is formed between each piston and each liquid inlet hole, a pressing plate is arranged in the opening of the trough, a fixing rod is installed between the pressing plate and each piston, and a liquid addition cavity is formed between the pressing plate and the trough. The present invention has a simple structure, and realizes automatic humidification, liquid replenishment and convenient removal and placement.
