Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of gene engineering, and relates to an application of a gene Solanum lycopersicum GA3ox4 (SlGA3ox4) in cultivation of dwarf and compact plants of tomatoes, and a method for cultivating dwarf and compact plants of tomatoes. The present invention provides an application of gene editing of a gene SlGA3ox4 or a reagent for gene editing of a gene SlGA3ox4 in cultivation of dwarf and compact plants of tomatoes. A nucleotide sequence of the gene SlGA3ox4 is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1.
