Abstract

The invention relates to the field of automated control and maintenance systems for UAVs and can be used for integration into smart cities, agro-industrial and transport systems, as well as for ensuring security, rescue operations, delivery, air patrol, control of engineering facilities, perimeter monitoring, and response to accidents and emergencies. The intelligent network complex for collective management, maintenance and audit of UAVs includes a set of autonomous mesh nodes, united into an intelligent distributed mesh network, and UAVs serviced and controlled with their help, with each mesh node containing: a computing module that includes an independently functioning network management processor, a data analysis processor, and a decision-making and audit processor; a communication module, including a main mesh module, a backup channel module, and an API interface for exchanging data between mesh nodes, UAVs, and external information systems, respectively; an energy module containing autonomous power sources, batteries, an energy consumption controller and backup energy sources; a sensor module including at least video cameras, motion sensors, and weather sensors; memory module for storing digital event logs, digital UAV passports, and command recording; cryptomodule for digital signature and multi-level verification; diagnostic module for continuous monitoring of the status of internal components, automatic restart and fault signaling; A module for identifying and authorizing UAVs and / or users, implementing automatic verification of the UAV and / or user's digital passport, and integration with city and state databases. The technical result of the claimed invention is: increased safety and reliability of UAV mass air traffic control in urban and industrial environments; auditing of all events, commands, and routes without the possibility of falsifying history; protection from external and internal sabotage, including false or malicious commands; scalability and flexibility for integrating drones from different manufacturers and with various control protocols.
