Method and system for classified resource utilization of sludge

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for classified resource utilization of sludge, which are particularly suitable for accurately recycling urban sewage biological sludge with organic matter and active microorganisms as main components. The system comprises a sludge regulating tank, a sludge sterilizing device, a bacterial micelle crushing reactor, a liquid phase treatment system and a solid phase treatment system which are connected in sequence. Firstly, the biological sludge is sterilized and treated harmlessly by the sludge sterilizing device, which effectively inactivates pathogens and reduces the activity of heavy metals. Then, it enters the micelle crushing reactor, and the micelle structure composed of microbial extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) is specifically destroyed by adding surfactant and combining with aerobic fermentation (STAD) process, so as to realize efficient in-situ separation of biological sludge components. After the separated liquid phase is purified by the liquid phase treatment system, the rich biopolymers can be used as biological adsorbents for wastewater treatment, or can be reused in situ together with other purified liquids.
