N-(3-(5-methoxy-n-acetyltryptamine-1h-indol-3-yl))-1h-pyrazol-5-yl)formamide derivatives, preparation method and use thereof

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of chemical drugs, specifically to N-(3-(5-methoxy-N-acetyltryptamine-1H-indol-3-yl))-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)formamide derivatives, a preparation method and a use thereof. In the structural formula of the derivatives, R represents a substituted phenyl group. The derivatives are synthesized by splicing the biologically active indole structure with the pyrazole structure through molecular hybridization technology. The preparation method includes three steps: synthesizing the intermediate 3-(5-methoxy-N-acetyltryptamine-1H-indol-3-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile, synthesizing the intermediate 3-(5-methoxy-N-acetyltryptamine-1H-indol-3-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amine, and finally synthesizing the target derivatives. The entire process has mild reaction conditions, low cost and high yield, making it suitable for industrial production.
