An ecological cultivation method for the symbiotic growth of Ganoderma tsugae under forest canopy with coniferous deadwood, comprising the following steps: Step 1: selecting coniferous deadwood and performing substrate pretreatment; Step 2: inoculating Ganoderma tsugae mycelium onto the coniferous deadwood from Step 1; Step 3: selecting a suitable forest land and burying the inoculated deadwood into the forest soil in a north-south orientation; Step 4: maintaining ventilation and light penetration in the forest land, and controlling light intensity and humidity; Step 5: harvesting mature Ganoderma tsugae fruiting bodies and performing ecological restoration treatment on the harvested area.
