Abstract

The present invention provides a method for determining peroxidase (POD) activity in wheat grains, which belongs to the technical field of molecular genetic breeding. A primer set of an RAC875_c67940_296_KASP marker used for determining the POD activity in wheat grains and provided in the present invention has a good genotyping effect, can be used for rapid determination of POD-2D alleles, and provides a molecular tool and a theoretical basis for efficiently and accurately improving the POD activity in wheat grains by molecular marker-assisted breeding.
