The present application discloses an integrated device for extruding, assembling, and inspecting a lithium battery pack and an assembling and inspecting method therefor, which belongs to the field of battery inspection testing machines, including a support base and an operating platform provided on the support base, wherein the operating platform is provided with an extruding assembly for extruding a lithium battery pack, an inspection module cooperating with the extruding assembly, a packaging device for packaging the lithium battery pack, and an air cylinder for controlling an action of the extruding assembly, the inspection module includes an inspection box and an inspection block embedded on a front end surface of the extruding assembly and in contact with the lithium battery pack, and the inspection block is connected to the inspection box. The present application has the effects of improving the efficiency of battery assembly and inspection while reducing the cost of assembly and inspection.
