Orifice quick plug device suitable for multi-aperture cyclic reuse

Abstract

This invention discloses a rapid orifice plugging device for multi-aperture cyclic reuse, which pertains to the technical field of orifice plugging. The device consists of a grouting pipe, externally fitted with an expansion device containing a deformable expansion chamber. This chamber is connected to an expansion fluid source through a fluid inlet pipe equipped with a fluid delivery pump. Additionally, the grouting pipe is provided with a supporting device comprising multiple hinged supporting claws, which can contact the borehole inner wall. Each claw is connected to a driving piece and a reset pull rope, with the rope’s free end linked to a driving motor. The expansion device enables the apparatus to seal boreholes of varying sizes, and the entire device can be retrieved and reused multiple times after the plugging operation is finished.
