Abstract

Disclosed is a device for disrupting algal cell walls and extracting active substances based on high-pressure homogenization, which includes a base; a high-pressure reactor is fixedly connected to a top of the base; a filter screen is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the high-pressure reactor; a motor is fixedly connected to a bottom of the base; a driving gear is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor; a rod body penetrates through and is rotatably connected to the high-pressure reactor; a driven gear is fixedly connected to a bottom outer wall of the rod body; and the driving gear is engaged with the driven gear. In the present invention, a cooling pipe is arranged inside the rod body, penetrates through a crushing roller, and is matched with a branch pipe at the bottom to guide part of cooling gas to a jacket of the high-pressure reactor.
