Abstract

This invention discloses an online sampling and fully mixed flow simulation experimental device for high-temperature and high-pressure rock and mineral formation. It comprises a high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle, a reaction kettle heating and insulation device, a reaction kettle pressurization system, an online automatic feeding device, an online sampling device, a multi-parameter monitor, and a computer. The high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle is embedded within the reaction kettle heating and insulation device. The pressurization pipe of the reaction kettle pressurization system is connected to the high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle. The online automatic feeding device and the online sampling device are connected to the high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle. The probe of the multi-parameter detector extends into the sampling bottle of the online sampling device. The computer is connected to the multi-parameter detector, a thermocouple, and the reaction kettle heating and insulation device. This invention uses the computer to control the online automatic feeding device and the multi-parameter monitor, simulating the kinetic mechanisms of element migration and precipitation during ore deposit formation through hydrolysis and precipitation experiments in the high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle. It features safety, reliability, high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, capability for intermittent or continuous feeding, and a high degree of automation.
