Platinum ore grinding and classification system adapting to the requirement of finer grinding fineness

Abstract

The present invention provides a platinum ore grinding and classification system adapting to the requirement of finer grinding fineness, specifically relating to the technical field of mineral processing. It includes a grinding assembly, the grinding assembly including a ball mill which is provided with an unqualified ore particle inlet, a raw material inlet and a ground material outlet; a conveying assembly, the conveying assembly including a pump sump and a slurry pump, where a stirring device is arranged in the pump sump; an impurity removal assembly, the impurity removal assembly including an impurity removal cyclone and an impurity removal screen, the impurity removal cyclone having a ground material inlet, a first impurity outlet and a first impurity-removed material outlet, and the impurity removal screen having a first impurity inlet, a second impurity-removed material outlet and a second impurity outlet; a classification assembly, the classification assembly including a high-frequency fine screen which is provided with an impurity-removed material inlet, an unqualified ore particle outlet and a qualified ore particle outlet, and a distributor for uniformly distributing slurry on the screen surface is arranged at the impurity-removed material inlet of the high-frequency fine screen. The application solves the technical problems in the prior art such as low classification efficiency of cyclones and inability of linear vibrating screens to meet the requirement of finer grinding fineness during the grinding and classification of platinum ore.
