Abstract
The present invention is related to an automated legal analytical system for document analysis, multilingual recommendation, contract generation and tamper-evident reporting. A computer-implemented system for receiving legal documents in multiple formats, converting those documents into machine-readable text, extracting and classifying clauses, computing a recommendation score based on clause-level assessments, generating human-readable explanations, offering a retrieval-augmented legal chatbot constrained to the uploaded document, performing multilingual translation of analysis results, comparing two documents by aligning semantically corresponding clauses and producing comparative recommendation scores, generating new contracts from parameterized templates and producing downloadable reports. The system uses a combination of OCR, natural language processing (NLP) (including named-entity recognition and transformer-based models), semantic embeddings and vector retrieval, scoring heuristics and machine-learned classifiers, and a template engine to produce and present analysis and artifacts.
