Abstract

The invention discloses a real estate development surveying device, comprising a handheld LiDAR scanner, the handheld LiDAR scanner comprising a rechargeable handle, a bracket plate, and a scanner body; a support assembly, the support assembly comprising an adjustable strap, a first support plate, a second support plate, a third support plate, and a movable hole and a socket, the adjustable strap is fixed to both ends of the first support plate, one end of the second support plate is hinged to the upper end of the side of the first support plate, and one end of the third support plate is hinged to the lower end of the side of the first support plate. By means of the support assembly provided in the invention, the device weight is distributed through the support assembly, preventing arm fatigue and involuntary hand shaking caused by prolonged handheld operation, reducing point cloud data drift and stitching discontinuities, controlling surveying errors within millimeter level, eliminating the need for repeated measurements, and improving operational efficiency by more than 30%; the structural design also considers storage convenience, enabling assembly and disassembly without complex tools; and enhancing safety during device use.
