An antibacterial hydrophobic membrane and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of medical antibacterial membrane materials, and in particular relates to an antibacterial hydrophobic membrane and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the antibacterial hydrophobic membrane of the present invention comprises the following steps: adding fluorine-modified silicon dioxide into a solvent and mixing uniformly, then adding a transparent resin and mixing uniformly, then adding an auxiliary agent and mixing uniformly, and then adding a bactericidal component and mixing uniformly to obtain a slurry; coating the slurry on the surface of the substrate material, then air-drying and baking to obtain the antibacterial hydrophobic membrane. The bactericidal component uniformly distributed in the membrane layer of the present invention is in a passively responsive bactericidal state within a mesh structure, similar to one-to-one precise killing of invading bacteria, thereby achieving higher bactericidal precision. The antibacterial hydrophobic membrane of the present invention adopts a combination of physical barrier and chemical sterilization, has a synergistic effect, produces no harmful substance emissions during the preparation process, is green and environmentally friendly, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production and application in other medical devices and sanitary products.
