Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of tissue culture technology, specifically relating to a method for inducing somatic cell embryos from chestnut leaves. The method provided by the present invention for chestnut leaf induction somatic embryo comprises chestnut leaf disinfection, selection of explant, induction of callus, acquisition of embryonic callus, formation of somatic embryo. The present invention specially selects the veins or petioles on chestnut leaves as explants for tissue culture, and establishes a method for chestnut leaf induction of somatic cell embryos for the first time. The induction method of the present invention has the advantages of simple operation, wide range of materials, high genetic stability, and is suitable for large-scale production, which not only provides a new technical idea for the culture of chestnut somatic cell embryos, but also has great significance for improving the reproductive efficiency of chestnut, accelerating the breeding process, and ensuring the stable transmission of excellent traits, and has broad application prospects in the field of chestnut somatic cell embryo.
