Abstract

The present invention relates to an adaptive end form system for lining trolley contouring irregular tunnel surrounding rock, comprising a trolley support system, end form support plate, and sealing airbag; the end form support plate is integrally arcuate; the sealing airbag is disposed on the side of the end form support plate adjacent to the tunnel wall. The adaptive end form system for lining trolley contouring irregular tunnel surrounding rock of the present invention uses a rubber sealing airbag, which can effectively conform to irregular tunnel walls and prevent leakage. A water swelling strip is provided on the wall of the sealing airbag, which further enhances the fit between the sealing airbag and the tunnel wall. The hinged first and second end form support plates enable rapid installation and removal.
