Abstract

The present invention provides a preparation method for benzindole compounds having an axially chiral arylalkene structure, relating to the technical field of organic synthesis. The preparation method for benzindole compounds having an axially chiral arylalkene structure provided by the present invention uses an unsaturated aldehyde compound and a benzindole compound as raw materials, employs a chiral imidazolinone salt catalyst for catalysis, and takes benzoic acid as a co-catalyst to catalyze an addition-cyclization reaction, forming the benzindole compound having the axially chiral arylalkene structure. The preparation method provided by the present invention proceeds without transition metal catalysis, exhibits low biological toxicity, and imposes a low environmental burden. Moreover, the preparation method provided by the present invention enables the preparation of the benzindole compound having the axially chiral arylalkene structure in a one-step method, featuring simple operation and suitability for industrial-scale production.
