Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is a digital-twin-based intelligent scheduling system capable of achieving multi-robot collaborative operation, which belongs to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing and flexible production scheduling. The system includes a physical perception layer, a digital twin layer, an intelligent scheduling layer, and a collaborative control layer, where the physical perception layer is connected to the digital twin layer, the digital twin layer is connected to the intelligent scheduling layer, and the intelligent scheduling layer and the physical perception layer are connected to the collaborative control layer. The present invention realizes real-time synchronization and closed-loop interaction between the physical system and a virtual model through digital twinning, such that scheduling decisions are based on real dynamic data. The system performs automatic simulation verification and iterative optimization on a scheduling solution in a virtual environment to avoid conflicts in advance.
