Abstract

A fusion protein for blocking breast cancer bone metastasis and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of biopharmaceuticals. The fusion protein is formed by sequentially linking a PTHrP receptor-binding domain antagonistic fragment, a flexible linker peptide, a VEGFR1 extracellular functional domain, and an IgG1 Fc segment. The fusion protein can simultaneously block the PTHrPmediated bone matrix destruction pathway and the VEGF-mediated tumor angiogenesis pathway, achieving a dual-target synergistic effect against breast cancer bone metastasis, it has the advantages of strong targeting capability, good stability, low toxicity and side effects, and a simple preparation process.
