Abstract

The invention relates to biotechnology and discloses a rapid biomolecule detection system based on magnetic particles. Biological samples are subjected to pretreatment and magnetic labelling to form purified magnetic bead–target complexes. The complexes are introduced into a microfluidic chip, where magnetic signals are detected using integrated giant magnetoresistance (GMR) and tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor arrays in cooperation with Helmholtz coils. The detected magnetic signals are acquired and converted into digital signals for analysis. Quantitative processing of the digital signals is performed to determine absolute analyte concentration, signal-to-noise ratio, repeatability, and quality-control deviation, thereby enabling credibility evaluation of the test results. A structured detection report comprising the absolute concentration and credibility assessment is generated and output via a display and wireless transmission. The system enables rapid, specific, and reliable detection of biomolecules.
