Monitoring method for bolt loosening and related apparatus

Abstract

Disclosed in this application are a monitoring method for bolt loosening and a related apparatus. The method includes acquiring a vibration response signal when a bolt is in a current state, and performing spectral analysis, so as to obtain a first frequency point set; calculating a ratio of respective frequency points in the set to form a first ratio set, while establishing a first mapping relationship set between each ratio and a frequency point pair that generates the ratio; determining a plurality of frequency point pair combinations by combining a second mapping relationship set, a second ratio set and a second frequency point set, and performing screening so as to obtain a target key frequency pair; and calculating both first and second damping ratios that correspond to two key frequency points, and determining a loosening state of the bolt based on the first and second damping ratios.
