Another technical problem to be solved by the proposed invention is to make it possible to quickly remove a stationary device for cleaning horizontal surfaces from its location under the furniture or other interior and household items or from a wall niche for routine maintenance. Another technical problem to be solved by the proposed invention is to expand the range of technical means, i. e. methods and / or products and / or implementations related to cleaning horizontal surfaces using stationary cleaning devices.
