Heavy oil detergent and preparation method therefor

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of surface cleaning, in particular to a heavy oil detergent and a preparation method therefor. The heavy oil detergent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.2-1.5 parts of enzyme-photocatalyst complex; 1.5-1.7 parts of liquid metal-responsive microcapsule; 0.8-1 part of piezoelectric catalyst; 0.3-0.5 part of MOF carbonic anhydrase mimic; 60-70 parts of water; and 3-5 parts of biosurfactant. The enzyme-photocatalyst complex is formed by immobilizing genetically engineered lipase on a mesoporous titanium dioxide nanotube vector; the liquid metal-responsive microcapsule contains a pH / temperature dual-responsive polymer shell and a liquid metal gallium-indium alloy core; the piezoelectric catalyst adopts BaTiO₃ / MoS₂; and the biosurfactant is saponin extracted from potamogeton distinctus. The components in the present invention form a closed loop of peeling - cracking - emulsification - mineralization, which increases the detersive efficiency by more than three times.
