Abstract

This invention discloses an intelligent annular spray dust suppression system for a cantilever tunneling machine, comprising an interlocking inner foundation cylinder and an outer adjustment cylinder. An axial drive mechanism is constructed between the inner foundation cylinder and the outer adjustment cylinder, and an annular spray mechanism is sleeved outside the outer adjustment cylinder. The annular spray mechanism is connected to the outer adjustment cylinder via multiple active telescopic mechanisms evenly arranged circumferentially along the outer adjustment cylinder. Each active telescopic mechanism is connected to the external adjustment cylinder via an adapter mechanism constructed between them. A clutch-type rotary drive mechanism is installed between the annular spray mechanism and the inner foundation cylinder. This invention can adjust the spray volume and range according to the dust concentration and range, thereby effectively controlling dust spillover, intercepting dust near the cutting arm, controlling the spread of dust toward the rear of the face surface, protecting the health of construction personnel, and preventing excessive spray water from affecting subsequent construction operations. This invention is applicable to the technical field of dust suppression during tunnel excavation construction.
