Foam fire truck and using method therefor

Abstract

A foam fire truck includes a vehicle body and a telescopic boom arranged on the vehicle body. A puncturing device is arranged at a free end of the telescopic boom, and the puncturing device can be transported by the telescopic boom to fire scenes with different heights. The puncturing device includes a puncturing arm, an air cylinder, and a translation assembly. The translation assembly can adjust the puncturing device to a proper distance from a structure to be punctured, to exert an optimal puncture effect of the puncturing arm. The puncturing arm is arranged with a jet channel and a plurality of jet orifices. A piping system arranged on the vehicle body mixes water, foam agent and a solution of other components to form foam, and continuously transports formed foam to the puncturing arm, from which the foam is sprayed out through the plurality of jet orifices.
