Online cleaning device for stainless iron caps

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of iron cap cleaning, and particularly relates to an online cleaning device for stainless iron caps, comprising a cleaning chamber, an iron cap slide rail, and a water tank, wherein the iron cap slide rail is composed of a plurality of sliding rods and conforms to size specifications of a stainless iron cap, and the stainless iron cap enters the cleaning chamber through the iron cap slide rail in a manner that a cap opening faces downward; the online cleaning device further comprises: a water spray pipe, a fan-shaped nozzle, and a gas communicating pipe. According to the present invention, the cleaning chamber, the fan-shaped nozzle, and an air-jet nozzle are adopted to jointly constitute a cleaning device, upper and lower faces of the stainless iron cap are cleaned, and water below the stainless iron cap is removed by using the air-jet nozzle, thereby achieving a better cleaning effect; in cooperation with a side wall cleaning assembly, the side face of the stainless iron cap can be cleaned, and meanwhile, by using a liquid spray slot spraying laterally, the stainless iron cap is rotated, thereby helping to clean positions at various places of the stainless iron cap.
