[0001] The present disclosure relates to a herbicide mixture comprising sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxazolidinone. The present disclosure also relates to a herbicide composition comprising the herbicide mixture disclosed in the present disclosure and at least one agricultural carrier. The present disclosure discloses a method for preventing and controlling undesirable vegetation, comprising applying a herbicidally effective amount of the herbicide mixture or herbicide composition disclosed in the present disclosure to undesirable vegetation or a place where undesirable vegetation needs to be prevented and controlled. The present disclosure also discloses the use of the herbicide mixture or herbicide composition disclosed in the present disclosure for preventing and controlling undesirable vegetation. The present disclosure also discloses a kit comprising the herbicide mixture or herbicide composition disclosed in the present disclosure. Background Art
[0002] With regard to current crop production, the prevention and control of undesirable vegetation (e.g., weeds) is extremely important. In many cases, although herbicides have an impact on a certain weed spectrum, they do not antagonize other types of weeds that are also present in the crops to be protected. Therefore, there is an urgent need to mix two, three, or more herbicides. In addition, the use of two, three, or more herbicide active ingredients with different modes of action can bring many advantages, such as expanded weed spectrum, reduced application rates, reduced application times, delayed appearance of resistant weed species for selected multiple herbicides, and synergistic effects (wherein efficacy increases) in some cases.
[0003] However, the activity and selectivity of any particular mixture are difficult to predict because the performance of each individual herbicide in the mixture is often affected by the presence of the other herbicide(s), and the activity of the mixture may also vary significantly depending on the chemical identity, plant species, growth stage, environmental conditions, and application rate, among others.
[0004] Kumiai of Japan disclosed Pyroxasulfone in WO2002062770, 3-[(5-difluoromethoxy-1-methyl-3-trifluoromethylpyrazol-4-yl)methylsulfonyl]-4,5-dihydro-5,5-dimethylisoxazole, whose structural formula is The CAS registration number of sulfonepyraclostrobin is 447399-55-5. [0108] Example
[0109] The following embodiments are not intended to limit the present disclosure, but are merely used to illustrate how the present disclosure may be implemented.
[0110] Experimental drug source
[0111] 835 g / L sulfonepyraclostrobin SC was provided by Adama Agam Ltd.;
[0112] 20% isoxathiapiprolin SC was provided by Hefei Xingyu Chemical Co., Ltd.
[0113] Experimental weed source
[0114] The grass seeds used in the experiment are as follows, all provided by the Pesticide Bioassay Center of Shenyang Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd.:
[0115] Grass weeds: barnyard grass [Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) Beauv], wild millet [Eriochloa villosa (Thunb.) Kunth];
[0116] Broadleaf weeds: velvetleaf (Abutilo theophrasti Medic.), dayflower (Commelina communis L.).
[0117] Example 1: Soil sealing treatment using a mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin to control velvetleaf
[0118] In Example 1, treatment agents 1-5 were prepared according to Table 1 below. Treatment agents 1 and 2 were the experimental agents described above, and treatment agents 3, 4, and 5 were prepared by mixing the experimental agents. The ratios given in treatment agents 3-5 were the ratios of the active ingredients sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin. After converting the amount of each treatment agent into the corresponding formulation amount according to the amount of the active ingredient, the agent was diluted with tap water at a water volume of 450 liters / hectare.
[0119] Table 1 Treatment agent preparation
[0120] A fixed amount of velvetleaf was sown in 9 cm high disposable paper cups, covered with 1 cm of soil, pressed down, watered, and placed in a greenhouse for treatment. 24 hours later, the soil was sprayed with a crawler crop sprayer (designed and manufactured by Engineer Research Ltd., UK) at the designed dosage (spray pressure 1.95 kg / cm2, spray volume 450 L / ha, crawler speed 1.48 km / h). The test was repeated four times. After treatment, the test materials were placed in the operation hall. After the liquid was allowed to air dry, they were placed in a greenhouse and managed according to conventional methods. The reaction of weeds to the pesticide was observed and recorded, and the weed control effect of the pesticide on the weeds was regularly visually inspected.
[0121] Thirty days after application, the fresh weight of weeds in each paper cup was investigated and recorded, and the fresh weight inhibition rates of sulfamethoxazole, isoxazolidinone and their combination on velvetleaf were calculated.
[0122] Fresh weight inhibition rate (%) = (control fresh weight - treatment fresh weight) / control fresh weight X 100
[0123] The fresh weight inhibition rate results of Example 1 are shown in Table 2 below:
[0124] Table 2 Inhibition rate of fresh weight of velvetleaf by different treatment agents at different doses
[0125] Then the isobol method was used to evaluate the combined action type of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxazolidinone. Professional statistics were performed using DPS software, and the data in Table 2 above were used to determine the dose of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxazolidinone that inhibited 90% of the velvetleaf (i.e., ED 90 value), and the ED of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin on velvetleaf at the experimental ratio 90 value.
[0126] The ED of two single doses on velvetleaf is plotted on the graph with the dose of sulfonepyraclostrobin as the horizontal axis and the dose of isoxathiapiprolin as the vertical axis. 90 The coordinate points of the values are connected into a line segment, which is the theoretical equivalent line of the mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin. Then the ED of the mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin on velvetleaf under the experimental proportion is marked on the coordinate graph. 90 If the coordinate point is below the theoretical isoequivalence line, it is a synergistic effect; if it is above the theoretical isoequivalence line, it is an antagonistic effect; if it is close to the theoretical isoequivalence line, it is an additive effect.
[0127] Figure 1 shows the ED of the mixed herbicides sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin obtained above on velvetleaf. 90 As can be seen from Figure 1, sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxaflutole showed synergistic effects at all three ratios tested, namely 3:2, 7:4 and 2:1.
[0128] Example 2: Soil sealing treatment using a mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin to control wild millet
[0129] This Example 2 is basically the same as Example 1, except that the velvetleaf seeds in Example 1 are replaced with wild millet seeds, and Agent 3 is not used.
[0130] The fresh weight inhibition rate results of Example 2 are shown in Table 3 below:
[0131] Table 3 Inhibition rate of fresh weight of wild millet by each treatment agent at different doses
[0132] FIG2 shows the ED of a mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin obtained in Example 1 on wild millet. 90 As can be seen from Figure 2, sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxaflutole showed synergistic effects at all two ratios tested, namely 7:4 and 2:1.
[0133] Example 3: Soil sealing treatment using a mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolinone to control barnyard grass
[0134] This Example 3 is basically the same as Example 1, except that the velvetleaf seeds in Example 1 are replaced with barnyard grass seeds, and agents 3 and 5 are not used.
[0135] The fresh weight inhibition rate results of Example 3 are shown in Table 4 below:
[0136] Table 4 Inhibition rate of fresh weight of barnyard grass by each treatment agent at different doses
[0137] FIG3 shows the ED of a mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin obtained in Example 1 on barnyard grass. 90 As can be seen from Figure 3, at all ratios tested, i.e., 7:4, sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxazolidinone showed synergistic effects.
[0138] Example 4: Soil sealing treatment using a mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin to control Commelina communis
[0139] This Example 4 is basically the same as Example 1, except that the velvetleaf seeds in Example 1 are replaced with Commelina communis seeds, and Agent 4 is not used.
[0140] The fresh weight inhibition rate results of Example 4 are shown in Table 5 below:
[0141] Table 5 Inhibition rate of fresh weight of Commelina communis under different dosages of each treatment agent
[0142] FIG4 shows the ED of a mixture of sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxathiapiprolin obtained in Example 1 on Commelina communis. 90 As can be seen from Figure 4, sulfonepyraclostrobin and isoxaflutole showed synergistic effects at all ratios tested, namely 3:2 and 2:1.
