Abstract
To provide a temperature control device capable of appropriately performing temperature control of a heat generation source while effectively using a radiator.SOLUTION: A temperature control device includes: a cooling flow passage L1 for supplying cooling fluid from a heat generation source 1 to a radiator 2 and a first pump P1 in this order and returning it to the heat generation source 1; a bypass flow passage L2 having a second pump P2 so as to join the cooling fluid at an upstream side of the radiator 2 from the first pump P1 to a downstream side; a first sensor flow passage 4 composed of a thin pipe for sending part of the cooling fluid from the first pump P1; a second sensor flow passage 5 composed of a thin pipe for sending part of the cooling fluid from the second pump P2; a confluent passage sensor Sb for detecting a temperature of the cooling fluid in a confluent passage 6 in which they are joined; and a control section for simultaneously driving the first pump P1 and the second pump P2, and controlling the first pump P1 and the second pump P2 separately based on the detection temperature of the confluent passage sensor Sb.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
