Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to a belted pants constituted by a waistband and pants. BACKGROUND

[0002] In the past, as a belted pants having a waistband for fastening a lower abdominal portion, there have been disclosed technologies such as an abdominal belt described in Patent Literature 1 and a pregnant woman's belly supporting pants described in Non-Patent Literature 1.

[0003] These technologies have a waistband whose central portion in the length direction is fixed to the crotch portion of a pants for pregnant women (including a waistband pants and the like) and has a length reaching both side positions of the portion of the pants covering above the pelvis, and the tightening degree of the waistband can be adjusted by the fixed positions of both end portions thereof. That is, the purpose of these technologies is to support the abdominal portion of a pregnant woman which is becoming larger day by day, by adjusting the tightening degree according to the size thereof at that time. Further, the pregnant woman's belly supporting pants of Non-Patent Literature 2 can be easily put on and taken off like ordinary pants by peeling the both end portions of the waistband from the fastening portions constituted by the surface fastening members. Further, since the portion of the waistband peeled off is hung down toward the front side, the portion of the waistband can be visually confirmed at the time of putting on and taking off.

[0004] PRIOR ART DOCUMENTS

[0005] PATENT LITERATURE

[0006] Patent Literature 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-57827 SUMMARY

[0007] PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0008] However, since the belted pants of Patent Literature 1 and Non-Patent Literature 1 described above are for pregnant women, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, these are not for tightening the lower abdominal portion but for supporting the lower abdominal portion swollen by pregnancy like a hammock from the position of the lower side of the pubic bone 40 upward. Further, in order to facilitate the support of the lower abdominal portion from the lower side, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in the belted pants of Patent Literature 1 and Non-Patent Literature 1 described above, only the lower end portion of the central portion of the waistband portion is fixed to the fixed position 200f shown in Figs. 3 and 4, and the entire waistband portion can be hung down toward the front side (refer to the description of Fig. 2 of Patent Literature 1). Figure 12 Figure 12 Figure 12 Figure 2 As described above, since the belted pants of Patent Literature 1 and Non-Patent Literature 1 are for supporting the lower abdominal portion of a pregnant woman, they are not suitable for the use for tightening the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone to prevent the abdominal wall from expanding and the use for fixing the waistline.

[0009] Therefore, the present application, unlike such prior art, aims to provide a waistband-equipped pants suitable for tightening the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone around the waist to prevent the abdominal wall from expanding and to fix the waist.

[0010] Solution to the problem

[0011] [Invention 1] To achieve the above object, the waistband-equipped pants of Invention 1 is provided with: a pants main body configured to have a waist portion that is a tubular portion covering the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone of a human body around the waist when worn, at least the waist portion having stretchability; a first waistband portion having one portion fixed to the back side of the waist portion, and two first other portions sandwiching the one portion and wound from the back side to the front side of the waist portion, and fixed to the front side of the waist portion at a prescribed interval respectively; a second waistband portion having one portion fixed to the front side of the waist portion, and two second other portions sandwiching the one portion and having a length reaching at least the both side portions of the waist portion from the side of the front side of the waist portion respectively; and a fixed portion capable of fixing one of the second other portions to one of the first other portions and fixing the other of the second other portions to the other of the first other portions.

[0012] If such a structure, when the waistband-equipped pants is worn, the second other portions of the second waistband portion located on the front side of the pants main body and the front side of the waist portion can be stretched toward the side of the front side of the waist portion from the one portion respectively along the waist portion. Then, by the fixed portion, the second other portions can be fixed to the corresponding first other portions of the first waistband portion located on both side portions of the pants main body respectively. Thus, by the first waistband portion and the second waistband portion, the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone is tightened around the waist.

[0013] [Invention 2] In addition, the waistband-equipped pants of Invention 2 is the waistband-equipped pants of Invention 1 in which the central portion in the length direction of the first waistband portion is fixed to the central portion of the waist portion on the back side of the pants main body, and the central portion in the length direction of the second waistband portion is fixed to the central portion of the waist portion on the front side.

[0014] If such a structure, the first other portions of the first waistband portion are configured to be the same length respectively, and the second other portions of the second waistband portion are configured to be the same length respectively. In addition, the central portion in the length direction of the second waistband portion is fixed to the portion of the waist portion covering the central portion of the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone when worn.

[0015] [Invention 3] In addition, the waistband-equipped pants of Invention 3 is the waistband-equipped pants of Invention 1 or Invention 2 in which the first and second waistband portions are composed of members having lower stretchability than the waist portion.

[0016] If such a structure, the lower abdomen part above the pubic bone can be tightened toward the waistline by the first waistband part and the second waistband part which are composed of members having lower stretchability than the waistline part.

[0017] 〔Invention 4〕In addition, the waistband pants of Invention 4 are the waistband pants of any one of Inventions 1 to 3, wherein the fixing part is configured to fix the second other parts to any position in the length direction of the respective corresponding one or the other of the first other parts of the first waistband part.

[0018] According to such a structure, the respective fixing positions of the second other parts of the second waistband part can be adjusted to any position in the length direction of the respective corresponding first other parts of the first waistband part, respectively.

[0019] 〔Invention 5〕In addition, the waistband pants of Invention 5 are the waistband pants of any one of Inventions 1 to 4, wherein the part other than the respective front end sides of the first other parts of the first waistband part is non-fixed, and the length of the non-fixed part is longer than the length of the part of the waistline part opposite to the non-fixed part in the non-elongated state.

[0020] If such a structure, the waistline part can be elongated and enlarged by an amount corresponding to the difference between the length of the non-fixed part and the length of the part of the waistline part opposite to the non-fixed part.

[0021] 〔Invention 6〕On the other hand, to achieve the above object, the waistband pants of Invention 6 include: a pants main body configured to have a waistline part which is a tubular part covering the lower abdomen part above the pubic bone of a human body around the waist when worn, a part of the front side of the waistline part having higher stretchability than other parts; a waistband part having a part fixed to the front side of the waistline part, and two other parts sandwiching the part, each of the other parts having a length reaching at least the both side parts of the waistline part from the side apart from the part of the front side along the waistline part; and a fixing part capable of fixing one of the other parts of the waistband part to one of the both side parts of the waistline part and fixing the other of the other parts to the other of the both side parts.

[0022] If such a structure, when the waistband pants are worn, the other parts of the waistband part located on the front side of the pants main body and on the front side of the waistline part can be stretched toward the side apart from the part of the front side along the waistline part, respectively. Then, one and the other of the other parts can be fixed to the respective corresponding side of the both side parts of the pants main body, respectively. Thus, the lower abdomen part above the pubic bone is tightened toward the waistline by the waistband part and the part of the waistline part having lower stretchability.

[0023] Invention Effects

[0024] As described above, the pant with a waistband according to the application 1 can suppress the expansion of the abdominal wall of the lower abdominal portion above the pubis and can fix the waistline. As a result, it is possible to suppress the bulging (slightly protruding belly) of the lower abdominal portion caused by, for example, the opening of the pelvis after childbirth or the relaxation of the lower abdominal portion. Furthermore, it is possible to suppress the bulging (slightly protruding belly) of the lower abdominal portion caused by the relaxation of the pelvic floor muscle and the muscle of the abdominal wall (hereinafter referred to as "abdominal wall muscle") or the like regardless of men and women, and it is possible to effectively perform an exercise for eliminating the relaxation of the abdominal wall muscle. Moreover, since the first and second waistband portions are fixed to the pant main body, it is possible to make the waistband portions not easily deviate from the point of the lower abdominal portion intended to be pressed. Moreover, since it is possible to make the waistband portions not interfere with the portion of the pant main body covered from below the pubis, it is possible to easily provide a front opening or a zipper or the like for men.

[0025] In addition, the pant with a waistband according to the application 2, when the pant with a waistband is put on, it is possible to make the central portion of the second waistband portion be located at the central portion of the lower abdominal portion, and since the two other portions across the central portion are configured to be the same length, by stretching the two other portions toward the back side from the central portion of the lower abdominal portion and fixing them to the two other portions of the first waistband portion, it is possible to easily tighten the lower abdominal portion with good balance.

[0026] In addition, the pant with a waistband according to the application 3, it is possible to more firmly tighten the lower abdominal portion above the pubis toward the waistline by the first and second waistband portions. Thereby, it is possible to make the first and second waistband portions more not easily deviate from the point of compression. Furthermore, it is possible to more firmly suppress the expansion of the abdominal wall, and it is possible to improve the abdominal pressure. As a result, it is possible to improve the effect of the muscle strength training of the abdominal muscle or the like, and it is possible to stabilize the torso, and to reduce the burden on the body parts such as the waist during exercise, housework, and work.

[0027] In addition, the pant with a waistband according to the application 4, since it is possible to adjust the force of tightening the lower abdominal portion toward the waistline by adjusting the fixing position in stages, it is possible to easily tighten the lower abdominal portion toward the waistline with the most suitable tightening force for oneself, for example.

[0028] In addition, the pant with a waistband according to the application 5, it is possible to easily put on and take off the pant with a waistband.

[0029] In addition, the pant with a waistband according to the application 6, it is possible to obtain the same effect as the effect of the above-described application 1. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

Figure 3 Indicated is a state in which the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 are fixed to the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 of the first waistband portion 11.

[0047] Figure 4 And 5 is a back view of the belt-waist pants 1 of the present embodiment. Figure 4 Indicated is a state in which the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 are fixed to the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 of the first waistband portion 11. Figure 5 Indicated is a state in which the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 are fixed to the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 of the first waistband portion 11.

[0048] Figure 6 is a view of one side when the central portion on the front side and the left and right central portions on the back side of the belt-waist pants 1 of the present embodiment are stretched and folded outwards. Figure 6 Indicated is a state in which both of the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 of the second waistband portion 12 are not fixed to the first waistband portion 11. Figure 7 is a view of the other side when the central portion on the front side and the left and right central portions on the back side of the belt-waist pants 1 of the present embodiment are stretched and folded outwards. Figure 6 is a view of the turned-over side. Figure 7 Indicated is a state in which the second waistband piece portion 121 is fixed to the first waistband piece portion 111.

[0049] As shown in Figures 1 to 7 , the belt-waist pants 1 is provided with a pants main body 10, a first waistband portion 11, and a second waistband portion 12.

[0050] In the present embodiment, the pants main body 10 is constituted by a four-cornered short pants type of pants having a length reaching up to the knee or more from the lower end of a tubular portion (hereinafter referred to as "leg covering portion") covering one leg of the wearer (person) at a time when worn (refer to Figure 9 and Figure 10 ). The pants main body 10 has a waist portion 10w provided at the upper end portion so as to be stretchable, and a waistline portion 10aw (a region sandwiched between the dotted lines in Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 6 and Figure 7 ) formed at the lower portion of the waist portion 10w and the upper portion of the crotch portion 10k, which covers the lower abdomen above the pubic bone of the wearer at a time when worn.

[0051] The waistband 10w is formed by folding a strip of fabric back and sewing its open end to the upper end of the pants body 10. It is corrugated in the waist direction and has a drawstring hole formed by the inner side of the folded and overlapping portion. A strip of rubber cord passes through this drawstring hole, and the elasticity and corrugated shape of the drawstring hole allow the diameter of the opening at the upper end of the pants body 10 to be enlarged and reduced.

[0052] The waistband 10aw is constructed of a highly elastic component with lower elasticity than the waistband 10w. For example, the waistband 10aw can be constructed of an elastic fabric made of nylon with good elasticity. In this embodiment, other parts, including the fabric portion of the waistband 10w of the trouser body 10, are also constructed of components with the same elasticity.

[0053] The first waistband portion 11 is a single, strip-shaped belt made of a component with lower elasticity than the waist circumference portion 10aw (e.g., a component with an elongation rate of 0.5% or less when stretched by hand). In this embodiment, the first waistband portion 11 is made of, for example, a plain-woven polyester fabric with good tear resistance and dimensional stability, such as that used in automotive seat belts. Its dimensions are, for example, 50 mm wide and 1.3 mm thick.

[0054] The central portion 11c of the first waistband portion 11 along its length is, for example, fixed to the central portion of the back side of the waistband portion 10aw by sewing. That is, as Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown by the circular dashed line, most of the central portion of the waistband portion 11 is fixed to the trouser body 10. Furthermore, two other portions, namely the first waistband pieces 110 and 111, which sandwich the central portion 11c, are respectively arranged along the waistband portion 10aw from the back side to the front side, with a portion of each front end fixed at a predetermined interval, sandwiching the central portion of the front side of the waistband portion 10aw. The front ends of these first waistband pieces 110 and 111 are arranged opposite each other in the waistband direction, and a portion of the front end is fixed to the trouser body 10, for example, by sewing.

[0055] In addition, such as Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 6 As shown, on the front sides 110s and 111s of the first waistband portions 110 and 111, from a position near their respective front ends to a position opposite to the side of the pants body 10 (the side of the waistband portion 10aw), there is a rectangular fastening female portion 20 formed by the ring portion of the face fastener.

[0056] In this embodiment, the second belt portion 12 is composed of a single, strip-shaped belt made of the same components as the first belt portion 11. For example... Figures 1 to 3As shown, the central portion 12c of the second waistband portion 12 in the longitudinal direction is, for example, fixed to the central portion of the front side of the waistband portion 10aw by sewing. That is, as Figures 1 to 3 As shown by the circular dotted line, most of the central portion of the belt section 12 is fixed to the trouser body 10. Furthermore, the two other portions sandwiched between this central portion 12c, namely the second belt pieces 120 and 121, are not fixed. Therefore, when the belted trousers 1 are worn, the second belt pieces 120 and 121 droop down to the front side of the trouser body 10 due to gravity (see reference). Figure 9 Note that the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 should be made as thin as possible so that the waistband line will not be noticeable through the bottoms when, for example, the bottoms are worn over the belted underwear 1.

[0057] And, as Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 6 As shown, on the back surfaces 120b and 121b of the second belt pieces 120 and 121, from near their respective front ends toward the central portion 12c, there is a rectangular male fastening portion 21 that is formed by the hook portion of the face fastening member and has a length greater than the female fastening portion 20.

[0058] Based on the above structure, such as Figure 2 As shown, in this embodiment, the belted trousers 1 can be fixed to the first belt piece 110 by fixing the male part 21 of the second belt piece 120 to the female part 20 of the first belt piece 110. Similarly, as Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 7 As shown, by fixing the male part 21 of the second belt piece 121 to the female part 20 of the first belt piece 111, the second belt piece 121 can be fixed to the first belt piece 111. In this way, the first belt piece 11 and the second belt piece 12 can be connected by fixing the female part 20 and the male part 21.

[0059] Furthermore, the fixing positions of the second belt pieces 120 and 121 can be adjusted by fixing the female part 20 and fixing the male part 21. For example, as Figure 4 As shown, the second belt pieces 120 and 121 can be fixed together such that their front ends are located at the end positions on the central portion 11c side of the fixing female portion 20 of the first belt pieces 110 and 111. For example, as... Figure 5 As shown, the second belt pieces 120 and 121 can be fixed together such that their front ends are located at positions beyond the end positions of the central portion 11c of the fixing female portion 20 of the first belt pieces 110 and 111. Moreover, the fixing position can be adjusted in stages within the range of the positions described above.

[0060] Figure 8 is a view from above of the part of the lying flat waistband-equipped pants 1 of the present embodiment, viewed from the waistline portion 10aw after bending the upper part. Figure 8 indicates a state in which both the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 of the second waistband portion 12 are not fixed to the first waistband portion 11.

[0061] As shown in Figure 8 , only a part of the front end portion side of the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 is fixed, and the other part is not fixed. That is, the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 have non-fixed portions 110nf and 111nf that are not fixed with respect to the waistline portion 10aw. These non-fixed portions 110nf and 111nf are respectively configured to have a length that is longer than the length of the corresponding part of the waistline portion 10aw in the non-elongated state. Therefore, a gap 30 is generated between the pants main body 10 in the non-wearing state and the non-fixed portions 110nf and 111nf. That is, the waistline portion 10aw is allowed to be radially elongated by an amount corresponding to the gap 30.

[0062] [Effects]

[0063] Next, the effects of the present embodiment will be described.

[0064] Here, Figure 9 and Figure 10 is a front view of a person wearing the waistband-equipped pants 1 of the present embodiment, including a part of the waistband-equipped pants 1. Figure 9 indicates a state in which both the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 of the second waistband portion 12 are not fixed to the first waistband portion 11. Figure 10 indicates a state in which both the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 of the second waistband portion 12 are fixed to the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111.

[0065] Figure 11 is a partial cross-sectional view of the lower body of a woman. In Figure 11 , the dashed line indicates the tightening position (waistband position) of the waistband-equipped pants 1 of the present embodiment, and the arrow indicates the direction of the tightening force of the waistband-equipped pants 1. Figure 12 is a partial cross-sectional view of the lower body of a woman whose abdomen is in a swollen state after pregnancy. In Figure 12 , the dashed line indicates the tightening position of the waistband-equipped pants 200 of the related art, and the arrow indicates the direction of the tightening force of the waistband-equipped pants 200.

[0066] When the pants 1 with the waistband are put on, first, the pants 1 are put on one leg at a time with the rubber cords of the waist portion 10w stretched to increase the diameter of the opening. At this time, since the waistline portion 10aw is also formed of a member with high stretchability, the waistline portion 10aw extends in the radial direction by an amount corresponding to the difference in length between the non-fixed portions 110nf and 111nf of the first waistband portion 11. Thus, in accordance with the stretched state of the waist portion 10w, the pants 1 become a state in which the legs are easily put through.

[0067] Next, when the legs are put through the leg-covering portions and the waist portion 10w is pulled upward to release the stretched state of the rubber cords, as shown in Figure 9 , the waist portion 10w becomes a state in which it is fitted to the waist due to the elastic force of the rubber cords. In addition, the waistline portion 10aw becomes a state in which the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone is covered by the waist portion, and the pants 1 with the waistband become a state in which they are put on.

[0068] In addition, as shown in Figure 9 , when the pants 1 with the waistband are put on, the waistline portion 10aw is stretched in accordance with the body shape of the wearer. Therefore, the distance between the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 and the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 changes. In this regard, since the female portion 20 and the male portion 21 are formed of a surface fastening member that is rectangular in the longitudinal direction, the fastening position of the male portion 21 can be adjusted in accordance with the body shape of the wearer.

[0069] As shown in Figure 10 , by fastening the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 to the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111, the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12, which are formed of members with low stretchability, are joined to become a state in which the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone is tightened and the waistline is fixed along the waistline portion 10aw.

[0070] In this state, as shown by the dotted line in Figure 11 , the central portion 12c of the second waistband portion 12 and the central portion on the front side of the waistline portion 10aw are positioned above the pubic bone 40, i.e., the pubic superior portion 43, and the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 are joined along the portion covered by the waistline portion 10aw. At this time, a tightening force Fl is generated in a direction substantially perpendicular to the waistband surface. Note that the arrow in Figure 11 indicating the tightening direction of the tightening force Fl indicates the direction of the tightening force generated at the central portion 12c.

[0071] In addition, the tightening force Fl can be adjusted by adjusting the fastening position of the male portion 21. Specifically, the tightening of the lower abdominal portion can be adjusted by adjusting the fastening position of the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 in a state in which the lower abdominal portion is depressed.

[0072] For example, such as Figure 4 As shown, the tightening force can be reduced by fixing the second belt pieces 120 and 121 to a shallower position on the front end side of the first belt pieces 110 and 111. On the other hand, as Figure 5 As shown, the tightening force can be enhanced by fixing the second belt pieces 120 and 121 to a deeper position on the side of the central portion 11c of the first belt pieces 110 and 111.

[0073] However, as Figure 12 As shown, in the prior art belted trousers 200, the central portion of the belt is located at the center of the front side of the trousers, on the lower abdomen portion 45 that bulges forward from below the pubic bone 40, while the two ends of the belt are fixed to the sides of the trousers above the pelvis (not shown in the figure). Furthermore, as indicated by the arrow in the figure showing the tightening direction of the tightening force F2, a tightening force F2 is generated in the direction that lifts the lower abdomen portion 45 from below upwards. That is, instead of tightening the bulging abdomen in the opposite direction of bulging during pregnancy, it supports the bulging abdomen from below like a hammock. Additionally, only the lower end of the central portion of the belt is fixed laterally. Figure 12 The waistband is fixed at position 200f, and the rest is not fixed. That is, the pants can be put on with the entire waistband tilted forward, and after the pants are put on in this state, the waistband can be used to cover and support the abdomen bulging out from below and fix the two ends. However, since only the lower part of the central section is fixed for this function, its strength is weaker when the two ends are not fixed compared to when the central section is fixed almost entirely.

[0074] [Effects of the Implementation Method]

[0075] The effects of this embodiment will be explained below.

[0076] In the present embodiment, the pants 1 with waistband is configured to have: the pants main body 10 having a stretchable tubular waistband portion 10aw that covers the lower abdominal portion above the pubis of the wearer when put on; and the first waistband portion 11 whose central portion 11c in the length direction is fixed to the central portion of the back side of the waistband portion 10aw. Here, the first waistband portion 11 sandwiches two other portions, i.e., the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111, whose central portion 11c is divided, and is fixed to the front side of the waistband portion 10aw at a predetermined interval, respectively. Further, the pants 1 with waistband is configured to have the second waistband portion 12 whose central portion 12c is fixed to the central portion of the front side of the waistband portion 10aw, and sandwiches two other portions, i.e., the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121, whose central portion 12c is divided, and each has a length from the side apart from the central portion 12c to the both side portions along the waistband portion 10aw. In addition, the pants 1 with waistband is configured to have the female fastening portion 20 and the male fastening portion 21 capable of fastening the second waistband piece portion 120 to the first waistband piece portion 110 and fastening the second waistband piece portion 121 to the first waistband piece portion 111, respectively. Here, the female fastening portion 20 is provided to the front surface 110s and 111s of the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111, respectively, and the male fastening portion 21 is provided to the back surface 120b and 121b of the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121, respectively.

[0077] If it is such a structure, after the pants 1 with waistband is put on, the male fastening portion 21 of the second waistband piece portion 120 can be fastened to the female fastening portion 20 of the first waistband piece portion 110, and the male fastening portion 21 of the second waistband piece portion 121 can be fastened to the female fastening portion 20 of the first waistband piece portion 111. Thus, by the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12, the lower abdominal portion above the pubis can be tightened toward the waistband, and thus the expansion of the abdominal wall of the lower abdominal portion above the pubis can be suppressed and the waistband can be fixed. As a result, the bulging (slightly protruding belly) of the lower abdominal portion above the pubis caused by, for example, the opening of the pelvis after childbirth or the relaxation of the lower abdominal portion can be suppressed. Further, the bulging (slightly protruding belly) of the lower abdominal portion caused by the relaxation of the pelvic floor muscle and the abdominal wall muscle, etc. can be suppressed for both men and women, and the exercise for eliminating the relaxation of the abdominal wall muscle can be effectively performed. Moreover, since the first and second waistband portions 11 and 12 are fixed to the pants main body 10, each waistband portion can not easily deviate from the point of the lower abdominal portion intended to be pressed. In addition, since the second waistband portion 12 does not interfere with the portion below the pubis covered by the pants main body 10 (crotch portion 10k), the front opening or the zipper, etc. for men can be easily provided.

[0078] Further, the first belt piece portions 110 and 111 are each formed to have the same length, and the second belt piece portions 120 and 121 are each formed to have the same length. Moreover, the central portion 12c of the second belt portion 12 is fixed to a portion of the central portion of the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone that covers the waist portion 10aw when worn. Thus, the central portion 12c of the second belt portion 12 can be positioned at the central portion of the lower abdominal portion of the wearer of the belt-waisted pants 1 when worn. Further, since the second belt piece portions 120 and 121 are formed to have the same length across the central portion 12c, the second belt piece portions 120 and 121 can be easily and well balancedly tightened by being fixed to the first belt piece portions 110 and 111 with the central portion of the lower abdominal portion as the center.

[0079] Further, in the present embodiment, the first and second belt portions 11 and 12 are formed of members having lower stretchability than the waist portion 10aw.

[0080] If such a structure is adopted, the pubic-above lower abdominal portion can be tightened toward the waist by the first and second belt portions 11 and 12 formed of members having lower stretchability than the waist portion 10aw. Thus, since the pubic-above lower abdominal portion can be more firmly tightened toward the waist, the expansion of the abdominal wall can be more firmly suppressed, and the abdominal pressure can be increased. As a result, the effect of the muscle strength training of the abdominal wall muscles can be increased, and the trunk can be stabilized, and the burden on the body parts such as the waist during exercise, housework, and work can be reduced.

[0081] Further, in the present embodiment, the female portion 20 and the male portion 21 are formed so that the second belt piece portions 120 and 121 of the second belt portion 12 can be fixed to any position along the length direction of each of the corresponding one or the other of the first belt piece portions 110 and 111 of the first belt portion 11. Thus, the fixed positions of the second belt piece portions 120 and 121 can be adjusted to any position along the length direction of each of the corresponding first belt piece portions 110 or 111. As a result, since the tightening force of the lower abdominal portion can be adjusted in stages by adjusting the fixed positions, the lower abdominal portion can be easily tightened with the most suitable tightening force for the wearer, for example.

[0082] In addition, in the present embodiment, the portions other than the portions of the first belt piece portions 110 and 111 on the front end sides are non-fixed portions 110nf and 111nf that are not fixed to the pants main body 10. Further, these non-fixed portions 110nf and 111nf are configured so that their sizes are longer than the lengths of the portions of the waist portion 10aw in the non-elongated state that respectively oppose the non-fixed portions 110nf and 111nf. Thus, the waist portion 10aw can be elongated and enlarged by an amount corresponding to the difference in the lengths of the portions of the waist portion 10aw in the non-elongated state that respectively oppose the non-fixed portions 110nf and 111nf. As a result, since the upper opening side of the belt pants 1 can be enlarged by an amount corresponding to the difference in the lengths, the belt pants 1 can be easily put on.

[0083] In addition, in the present embodiment, the first and second belt portions 11 and 12 are configured of a polyester fabric, and the fixed female portion 20 and the fixed male portion 21 are configured of a surface fixing member. Thus, since no hard member such as a metal member is used in the constituent members that tighten the lower abdominal portion, even when worn during various sports games such as rugby, judo, jumping, and the like, and various exercises such as muscle strength training, jogging, running, and the like, there is no fear of injury caused by the constituent members.

[0084] In addition, in the present embodiment, the second belt portion 12 is configured so that the central portion 12c is fixed to the central portion on the front side of the waist portion 10aw, and the second belt piece portions 120 and 121 are in a non-fixed state. Thus, when the second belt piece portions 120 and 121 are not fixed, they become in a state of hanging down toward the front side, and can be visually observed, and thus, it is easy to avoid getting dirty when using the toilet or the like.

[0085] In addition, in the present embodiment, most of the central portion 11c of the first belt portion 11 and the central portion 12c of the second belt portion 12 are fixed to the pants main body 10 at positions higher than the portion covering the pubic bone. Thus, compared to the structure of the prior art in which only the lower end portion of the central portion of the belt is fixed to the crotch portion 10k of the pants main body, the production of a front opening or a zipper for men becomes easy and the belt portion that hangs down toward the front can be shortened. Thus, it is easier to use the toilet and take off the pants. In addition, compared to the prior art, the strength such as the tensile strength can be improved.

[0086] [Corresponding Relationship]

[0087] In the present embodiment, the first belt piece portions 110 and 111 correspond to the two first other portions in inventions 1, 4, and 5, the second belt piece portions 120 and 121 correspond to the two second other portions in inventions 1 or 4 or the two other portions in invention 6, and the fixed female portion 20 and the fixed male portion 21 correspond to the fixed portions in inventions 1, 4, and 6.

[0088] [Modified Examples]

[0089] In the above embodiment, an example in which the pants body 10 is constituted by pants of the briefs type is described, but the present application is not limited to this structure. For example, the pants body 10 can also be constituted by pants of other types such as pants of the waistband type, pants of the boxer briefs type, pants of the skirt type, pants of the tights type, and the like. In addition, the pants body 10 is not limited to underpants, and can also be applied to lower garments such as loose pants, casual pants, work pants, gym pants, sports pants, and the like. In this case, if not covered by an upper garment or the like, the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 are exposed to the outside, and therefore the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 are preferably constituted by, for example, a member having high designability. In addition, the pants body 10 can also be constituted by, for example, support tights worn inside lower garments by athletes or mountain climbers, and the like.

[0090] In addition, in the above embodiment and the modified examples thereof, an example in which the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 are fixed to the pants body 10 by sewing is described, but the present application is not limited to this structure. The fixing can also be performed by other methods, such as fixing using an adhesive or the like. Alternatively, the waistband portions can also be constituted in a detachable manner by a fastener such as a face fastener or the like.

[0091] In addition, in the above embodiment and the modified examples thereof, an example in which the pants body 10 is mainly constituted by a nylon fabric is described, but the present application is not limited to this structure. As long as the stretchability of the waistline portion 10aw can be ensured, the pants body 10 can also be constituted by a fabric using other synthetic fibers, and can also be constituted by a fabric using a natural fiber such as cotton, hemp, silk, wool, or the like, or a fabric constituted by a yarn in which a natural fiber and a synthetic fiber are blended. Furthermore, the pants body 10 can also be constituted by combining a plurality of fabrics.

[0092] In addition, in the above embodiment and the modified examples thereof, an example in which the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 are constituted by a polyester fabric having a low elongation rate is described, but the present application is not limited to this structure. For example, the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 can also be constituted by other synthetic fibers or natural fibers, as long as the fibers can constitute a fabric having a tensile strength sufficient to tighten the lower abdominal portion (a property of having a low elongation rate). In addition, the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 can also be constituted by a fabric made of a yarn in which a plurality of fibers are blended, and can also be constituted by combining a plurality of fabrics. In addition, the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 can also be constituted by other materials such as leather or the like, as long as the materials have a tensile strength sufficient to tighten the lower abdominal portion.

[0093] In addition, in the above embodiment and its modified examples, the entire waist portion 10aw is configured of a member having high stretchability, but is not limited to this structure. For example, the waist portion 10aw can have another structure, such as a structure in which a part or the entire front side of the waist portion 10aw is configured of a member having low stretchability. In addition, in the case of adopting this structure, the non-fixing portions 110nf and 111nf can not be provided on the first waistband portion 11. In addition, in the case of adopting a structure in which the non-fixing portions 110nf and 111nf are not provided, the entire first waistband portion 11 can be fixed to the pants main body 10. In addition, in the case where the entire waist portion 10aw is configured of a member having high stretchability, the entire first waistband portion 11 can be fixed to the pants main body 10 without providing the non-fixing portions 110nf and 111nf.

[0094] In addition, in the above embodiment and its modified examples, the fixing portions of the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 are not limited to the central portions 11c and 12c, but can be other positions.

[0095] In addition, in the above embodiment and its modified examples, the fixing positions of the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 are not limited to the central portions on the back side and the central portions on the front side of the waist portion 10aw, but can be other positions on the back side and other positions on the front side, as long as the positions are within the range of the waist portion 10aw.

[0096] In addition, in the above embodiment and its modified examples, the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 have a width of 50 mm and a thickness of 1.3 mm, but are not limited to this structure. For example, the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 can have other width dimensions, as long as the width dimensions are within the range of the waist portion 10aw. In addition, the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12 can have other thickness dimensions, within a range in which a desired tightening ability and durability can be obtained.

[0097] In addition, in the above-described embodiment and its modified examples, the case where the second waistband pieces 120 and 121 of the second waistband portion 12 are fastened to the first waistband pieces 110 and 111 of the first waistband portion 11 by the fastening female portion 20 and the fastening male portion 21 respectively formed of the ring portion and the hook portion of the surface fastening member has been described. The ring portion and the hook portion can be interchanged, or fastening can be performed using a fastening member other than the surface fastening member. As the fastening member other than the surface fastening member, for example, a member having a claw portion with a sharp tip for bandage fixation or the like can be provided on the waistband piece of either one of the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12, and the waistband piece of the other can be fastened to the waistband piece of the one by hooking the claw portion of the member of the one to the surface or the back surface of the waistband piece of the other. In addition, the claw member is not limited to this, and can be configured in other ways, for example, can be configured such that a button hole is provided on the waistband piece of either one of the first waistband portion 11 and the second waistband portion 12, a button is provided on the other, and the waistband piece of the one is fastened to the waistband piece of the other by the button, or can be configured such that the waistband piece of the one is fastened to the waistband piece of the other by a separate fastening member.

[0098] In addition, in the above-described embodiment and its modified examples, the first belt portion 11 and the second belt portion 12 are connected to tighten the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone, but are not limited to this configuration. For example, the first waistband portion 11 can not be provided, and the other portions of the waist portion 10aw except for a portion on the front surface side can be formed of a member having the same low stretchability as the first waistband portion 11. In addition, the fastening female portion 20 can be provided on both sides of the waist portion 10aw of the pants main body 10, and the fastening male portions 21 of the second waistband pieces 120 and 121 of the second waistband portion 12 can be fastened to these fastening female portions 20. If this structure is employed, the portions of the waist portion 10aw having low stretchability function in the same manner as the first waistband portion 11, and thus the lower abdominal portion above the pubic bone can be securely tightened.

[0099] In addition, in the above-described embodiment and its modification, the structure in which the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 of the second waistband portion 12 are non-fixed, and the fixed male portions 21 of the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 are fixed to the fixed female portions 20 of the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 of the first waistband portion 11 is described. However, the structure is not limited to this, and for example, the entire second waistband piece portions 120 and 121 can be fixed to the pants main body 10, and the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 can be non-fixed. Further, the fixed female portions 20 (or the fixed male portions 21) can be provided on the back side of the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111, the fixed male portions 21 (or the fixed female portions 20) can be provided on the front side of the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121, and the fixed female portions 20 (or the fixed male portions 21) of the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 can be fixed to the fixed male portions 21 (or the fixed female portions 20) of the second waistband piece portions 120 and 121. If such a structure is adopted, for example, the second waistband portion 12 can not be provided, and the other portions of the waist portion 10aw of the pants main body 10 except for a portion on the back side can be composed of a member having the same low stretchability as the second waistband portion 12. Further, the structure can be such that the fixed male portions 21 (or the fixed female portions 20) are provided on both sides of the waist portion 10aw of the pants main body 10, and the fixed female portions 20 (or the fixed male portions 21) of the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 of the first waistband portion 11 are fixed to these fixed male portions 21 (or the fixed female portions 20). If such a structure is adopted, the portions of the waist portion 10aw having low stretchability function in the same manner as the second waistband portion 12, and thus the lower abdomen portion above the pubic bone can be securely tightened.

[0100] Further, in the above-described embodiment and its modification, a front opening or a zipper or the like can be provided in the crotch portion 10k of the pants main body 10 to constitute a male use pants with a waistband. If such a structure is adopted, the user can urinate without taking off the underpants while the second waistband portion 12 is in the fixed state.

[0101] Furthermore, in the above embodiments and their variations, for example considering the case of a person with a significantly protruding abdomen due to obesity, a third waistband made of a relatively soft material may be provided above the first waistband 11 and the second waistband 12. With such a structure, the third waistband can support the abdomen hanging down from the upper part of the portion tightened by the first waistband 11 and the second waistband 12. The third waistband may, for example, have a structure connecting the two waistbands similar to the combination of the first waistband 11 and the second waistband 12, and be made of a wider and softer material than the first waistband 11 and the second waistband 12. Alternatively, the third waistband may have the same structure as the second waistband 12 and be made of a wider and softer material than the second waistband 12, with both ends fixed to a fixed female part provided on the side of the trouser body. Other structures may also be used for the third waistband, as long as the structure can support without compressing the abdomen hanging down from above.

[0102] Furthermore, in the above-described embodiments and their variations, for example, it is also possible to... Figure 13 As shown in the belted trousers 1A, within the waist portion 10aw, which is the area bounded by the dotted and dashed lines in the figure, the fixing position of the second belt portion 12 is set at a position different from the fixing position of the belted trousers 1 in the above embodiment and its modifications (see reference). Figure 6 Also, the area below. Here, Figure 13 This is a diagram of one side of the modified belted trousers 1A when the central parts of the front and back sides are stretched and folded outwards. Figure 13 This indicates a state where neither the second belt pieces 120 nor 121 of the second belt portion 12 are fixedly attached to the first belt portion 11A. Furthermore, the fixing position is not limited to... Figure 13 The position shown can also be fixed in other positions, as long as the position is within the 10aw range of the waist.

[0103] Furthermore, in the above-described embodiments and their variations, for example, it is also possible to... Figure 13 As shown in the first waistband portion 11A of the belted trousers 1A, the widths of the first waistband portions 110A and 111A (not shown in the figure) are configured to be wider than the widths of the first waistband portions 110 and 111 of the belted trousers 1 of the first embodiment described above (see reference). Figure 6 Wider. Figure 13 In the example shown, the first belt piece 110A is configured to gradually widen from the back side to the front side, with its width approximately twice that of the back side end. This allows for adjustment of the vertical fixing position. However, this configuration is not limited to this one; other widths are also possible, such as approximately twice the width of the back side end.

[0104] In addition, in the above-described embodiments and modifications thereof, a structure in which the gap 30 is provided between the first waistband piece portions 110 and 111 of the first waistband portion 11 and the pants main body 10 is adopted, but the structure is not limited to this. For example, as with the first waistband portion 11A of the belt pants 1A shown in FIG. 9, the entire first waistband piece portions can be fixed to the pants main body 10 without providing the gap (gap 30) between the pants main body 10.
