Preparation process of non-permeable reflective mesh fabric and application thereof

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of G02B5 / 128, and particularly to a process for preparing a non-adhesive reflective mesh fabric and its application, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a composite structure of bright silver beaded film-mesh fabric-base fabric and performing a first hot pressing; (2) peeling off the PE-PET composite film on the surface of the bright silver beaded film; (3) performing a second hot pressing and curing on the composite structure after removing the PE-PET composite film; (4) peeling the base fabric from the mesh fabric and performing a third hot pressing on the base fabric. The process of this invention solves the problems of adhesive seepage and roller sticking in the production of mesh fabric in the prior art. The prepared reflective mesh fabric has no adhesive seepage or roller sticking phenomenon, and the adhesive is clean and refreshing; the reflective part of the mesh fabric product is only reflected on one side of the mesh fabric weave, there is no glue or reflection in the mesh fabric voids, and there is no adhesive seepage on the other side of the weave.
