Non-contention resource configuration method, base station and terminal for non-fixed associated SSBs

Abstract

This invention discloses a method for configuring non-contention access resources for non-fixed associated SSBs, a base station, and a terminal. The method includes: S1, configuring a fixed number or an on-demand number of dedicated non-contention random access routes (ROs) that can be shared by all SSB beams; S2, allocating non-contention random access resources to the SSB beams that require them and transmitting the allocation information to the terminal; S3, after receiving and parsing the information, the terminal sends MSG1 to the base station at the parsed non-contention RO location according to the allocated non-contention random resource; S4, the base station receives MSG1, obtains the time-frequency domain location of the non-contention resource based on the allocation information, and attempts to demodulate MSG1 at the corresponding time-frequency domain location. This invention can solve the problem of uneven utilization of existing SSB non-contention resources, ensuring that different SSB beams always have sufficient non-contention resources in various non-contention scenarios, and improving the success rate of non-contention resource allocation and overall utilization.
