Abstract

The application provides a battery shell assembly airtight pressing device, which comprises a tray trolley mechanism, a lower frame mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a ground lifting mechanism, a liquid cooling plate tray mechanism and a frame tray mechanism, the frame tray mechanism is used for fixing a battery shell frame, the liquid cooling plate tray mechanism is used for fixing a battery shell liquid cooling plate, the tray trolley mechanism is used for transporting the frame tray mechanism and the liquid cooling plate tray mechanism between a folding station and front and rear stations, the ground lifting mechanism is used for taking the liquid cooling plate tray mechanism and the frame tray mechanism from the tray trolley mechanism to the folding station and completing positioning, and the lower frame mechanism is used for grabbing the liquid cooling plate from the liquid cooling plate tray mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for moving the lower frame mechanism in the Z direction. The application optimizes the airtightness of the whole battery shell, adopts the mode that the liquid cooling plate falls together with the lower frame mechanism based on the batch defects, and finally obtains a battery shell product with good airtightness and folding precision.
