Use of Lactobacillus paracasei GM-080 in the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for modulating immune function

Abstract

This invention provides the use of *Lactobacillus paracasei* GM-080 in the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for modulating immunomodulation, comprising using extracellular vesicles of *Lactobacillus paracasei* GM-080 as an effective component for modulating immunomodulation; wherein the registered codes of *Lactobacillus paracasei* GM-080 are BCRC 910220 and CCTCC M 204012. This invention also provides the use of a nucleotide fragment for the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions for modulating immunomodulation, wherein the sequence of the nucleotide fragment comprises SEQ ID NO. 7, SEQ ID NO. 10, SEQ ID NO. 14, SEQ ID NO. 15, SEQ ID NO. 16, SEQ ID NO. 17, or SEQ ID NO. 18. Furthermore, this invention also provides extracellular vesicles of *Lactobacillus paracasei* GM-080 and compositions thereof.
