A fish composite parturition agent and its application in artificial parturition of high body grouper

Abstract

The application discloses a fish compound parturition agent and application thereof in artificial parturition of high body cobia. The fish compound parturition agent comprises gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs of fish to be induced, secretory granule proteins of the fish to be induced and a commercial parturition agent commonly used in fish. The application provides an efficient compound parturition agent for high body cobia, which is composed of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs of high body cobia, secretory granule proteins of high body cobia, diethylstilbestrol and chorionic gonadotropin. The high body cobia in a breeding period is injected into the thoracic cavity to induce male and female individuals to mate and reproduce offspring. The parturition agent has low cost, simple operation, high parturition efficiency for high body cobia, and obvious application value and economic benefits.
