A correcting device and method for a u-shaped bracket cast

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of casting, and discloses a correcting device and method for U-shaped frame castings, wherein the correcting device comprises a correcting platform, a horizontal height gauge, a supporting assembly and a jack; the correcting method comprises the following steps: S1, annealing treatment, wherein the temperature is 280-300 DEG C, and the temperature is kept for 2-5 hours; S2, solid solution treatment, wherein the casting is fixed into a solid solution treatment basket, and the water temperature is 60-100 DEG C; and S3, correcting the casting by using the correcting device according to claim 1. The application can greatly reduce the correcting difficulty of the U-shaped frame castings, improve the success probability of the casting correction, achieve a good correcting effect, reduce the casting deformation, and greatly reduce the risk of casting crack.
