Electric vehicle motor controller black box data storage method and motor controller

Abstract

This invention relates to a data storage method for the black box of an electric vehicle motor controller and the motor controller itself. The method includes: establishing a storage structure comprising two sets of memories; setting the data storage types of the two sets of memories to be mutually exclusive; setting one set of memories as real-time memory and the other as compressed memory; the real-time memory storing operational data in real time using a continuously cyclically overwritten storage method; compressing and transferring data before it is overwritten to the compressed memory; periodically swapping the data storage types of the two sets of memories, after which the original real-time memory is set as compressed memory, and vice versa; during each memory swap, all data previously stored in the compressed memory is first transferred to the real-time memory before the data storage types are swapped. This invention ensures reliable recording of operational data at critical moments and increases the amount of data recorded.
