Abstract

The application discloses a dust collection device for a woodworking push bench saw, which comprises a supporting frame and a workbench installed on the supporting frame, a strip-shaped hole is formed in the workbench, a cutting saw is arranged in the strip-shaped hole, the cutting saw is driven by a driving assembly installed at the bottom of the workbench, a plurality of chip falling holes are formed at the two sides of the strip-shaped hole, a chip receiving box is arranged below each of the chip falling holes at the two sides, the two chip receiving boxes are fixed on the bottom surface of the workbench, the chip receiving boxes are connected with a dust collection assembly through connecting pipes, a chip blocking cover is arranged above the chip falling holes, a lifting assembly is connected to the top of the chip blocking cover, the lifting assembly is installed on the workbench, and a pressing assembly is installed on the bottom surface of each side of the chip blocking cover. The chip blocking cover can be completely pressed on a wood board to prevent flying chips from flying out, the chip blocking cover can be lifted by a hydraulic cylinder, the device is suitable for wood boards with different thicknesses, the application range is expanded, the flying chips generated during cutting are blocked by the chip blocking cover, and the chips are sucked into the collecting box after the wood board is completely cut.
