Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a sanitary insecticide composition, in particular to a sanitary insecticide composition containing a methoxyacrylate compound and application thereof. Background Art
[0002] Pyrethroids for sanitary use have stomach poison, contact killing and fumigation effects. They are a good knockdown agent and lethal agent and are widely used in the field of household sanitary medicines, such as mosquito coils, aerosols, liquid mosquito coils, etc. They are also suitable for space spraying in sanitary outdoor environments.
[0003] With the widespread use of pyrethroids, sanitary pests have developed resistance to pyrethroids, resulting in unsatisfactory efficacy and pests recovering after being knocked down. In response to this situation, it is considered to select compound active ingredients to have no cross-resistance and delay the development of resistance, which can improve the control effect of sanitary pests and have a synergistic effect. Compared with a single agent, the amount of medicine used can be reduced, and a compound drug combination with good market prospects can be obtained. Summary of the invention

[0203] Preparations prepared using the above-mentioned formulation examples were used for indoor efficacy tests against mosquitoes and flies
[0204] Test targets: Culex pipiens pallens (a local resistant mosquito species in Yangzhou), female adults that have not sucked blood on the 3rd to 5th day after emergence;
[0205] Housefly (Yangzhou local resistant housefly), adults on the 3rd to 4th day after emergence, half female and half male;
[0206] Test method: refer to GB / T 13917.10-2009, simulate the site, and use the simulated room hanging cage method to conduct the test;
[0207] Application method: Ultra-low volume spray
[0208] Dosage setting: The spray concentration of the active ingredient in the preparation examples is 1.5 mg / m 3 ;
[0209] Control sample: Control sample 1: 5% compound A emulsifiable concentrate, spraying dose 1.5 mg / m 3 ;
[0210] Control sample 2: 5% tetrafluthrin emulsifiable concentrate, spraying dose 1.5 mg / m 3 ;
[0211] Control 3: 5% metofluthrin EC, spraying dose 1.5 mg / m 3 ;
[0212] Control sample 4: 5% D-trans-chlorpromazine emulsifiable concentrate, spraying dose 1.5 mg / m 3 ;
[0213] The control sample also selected a mainstream commercial hygienic insecticide, control sample 5: 10.4% chlorpyrifos·allethrin emulsion (Jiangsu Gongcheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), spraying dose 1.5 mg / m 3 ; Control sample 6: 5% chlorpyrifos·permethrin emulsion (Jiangsu Youjia Plant Protection Co., Ltd.), spraying dose 1.5 mg / m 3 ;
[0214] Test results:
[0215] The efficacy of the single-dose emulsifiable concentrate of control sample 1 on mosquitoes and flies is significantly worse than that of the formulation examples of the present invention in terms of knockdown effect; the 5% tetrafluthrin emulsifiable concentrate of control sample 2, the 5% metofluthrin emulsifiable concentrate of control sample 3 and the 5% dextro-trans-chlorprothrin emulsifiable concentrate of control sample 4 have good knockdown effects on mosquitoes and flies, but their lethal effects are poor and the lethality rates are low; the formulation examples 3, 18 and 24 of the present invention not only have good knockdown effects, but also have relatively high lethality rates (see Tables 5, 6 and 7).

[0221]
[0222] Table 8 Efficacy test of the preparation examples against Culex pipiens pallens and housefly
[0223]
[0224]
[0225] The test results show (see Table 8) that the knockdown effects of the formulation examples described in Table 8 on Culex pipiens pallens and housefly are better than those of the commercially available control sample 5 (10.4% chlorpyrifos·permethrin emulsion), and the knockdown effects of some formulation examples are better than those of the commercially available control sample 6 (5% chlorpyrifos·permethrin emulsion), and the 24h lethality of the formulation examples of the present invention are all above 90%, among which the lethality of formulation examples 7-10, 23, 26, 34, 39-40, 43, and 48 all reach 100% (see Table 8). It can be seen that the formulation examples can achieve the efficacy of the mainstream sanitary insecticides on the current market, and the efficacy of some examples is significantly better than the control.
[0226] The above examples are only for illustrating the technical concept and technical features of the present invention, and cannot be used to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any equivalent transformation or modification made according to the essence of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
