Vacuum oil injection equipment for epoxy resin dry-type transformer production

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of transformer manufacturing technology, specifically a vacuum oil injection device for producing epoxy resin dry-type transformers. Addressing the issue that the high density of filler material makes it prone to settling and clogging during long pouring pipeline transport, thus affecting the vacuum oil injection quality of dry-type transformers, the following solution is proposed: a vacuum tank body, a tank cover support mounted on the vacuum tank body, and a vacuum tank cover mounted on the tank cover support. This invention discloses a vacuum oil injection device for producing epoxy resin dry-type transformers, which improves the vacuum pouring quality of epoxy resin dry-type transformers. During production, the device utilizes the self-flowing nature of the pouring fluid to vibrate the pouring pipe itself, allowing the vibration to be transmitted through the pipe wall to the resin boundary layer inside the pipe. This disrupts the settling balance of the filler material, preventing particles from adhering to the pipe wall and forming hard lumps, thereby improving the device's performance.
