Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of information management, in particular to an information management method, system and storage medium. The steps of the method comprise the following: three-dimensional scanning technology is used to acquire three-dimensional point cloud data of a physical space, a 3D model of the physical space is constructed through a point cloud processing algorithm; position information of entity objects and associated documents is labeled on the 3D model, and a virtual 3D space model corresponding to the physical space is generated. The 3D model with a coordinate system generated through three-dimensional point cloud data converts the physical space into a calculable topological network; an intelligent labeling unit embeds the unique identification code of the entity object and the associated documents into the model coordinate node, forms a digital twin of the three-in-one object-position-document, eliminates the multi-layer data islands of the traditional system, and reduces the time consumption of retrieval.
