Abstract

This invention discloses a task closed-loop management and multi-dimensional intelligent performance evaluation system. The system divides the task lifecycle into four stages: initiation, execution, submission, and closure. At each stage, it collects structured metadata and unstructured interaction data in real time, extracting process behavior indicators such as collaboration initiative and problem responsiveness through semantic parsing and behavioral temporal analysis. A task complexity factor correction mechanism is introduced to ensure fair evaluation of tasks of varying difficulty. A multi-dimensional performance calculation method is employed to achieve reasonable integration of different task types. Personalized evaluation standards are constructed based on historical data, generating targeted improvement suggestions. This invention realizes a management shift from passive remediation to proactive prevention and constructs a sustainably evolving organizational knowledge base.
