Abstract

This invention relates to a fuel cell cogeneration system and control method for waste heat recovery in a cascade manner, belonging to the field of fuel cell cogeneration technology. The system includes a fuel cell stack, a stack cooling circuit, a heat storage circuit, a main heating circuit, and a fuel preheating circuit. The stack cooling circuit is used for heat dissipation of the fuel cell stack; the heat storage circuit is used to recover heat generated by the chemical reaction of the fuel cell stack; the main heating circuit is used to transport the heat stored in the hot water tank to the user side; and the fuel preheating circuit is used to recover waste heat from the fuel cell into a solid hydrogen storage tank. This invention uses a solid hydrogen storage tank to replace the high-pressure hydrogen tank in current fuel cell systems, offering high safety performance and suitability for residential environments. The designed system recovers high and low temperature waste heat from the fuel cell, improving energy utilization. The proposed control method ensures stable fuel cell temperature while adjusting the fuel cell output power according to the SOC of the lithium battery, keeping the energy storage battery operating in its high-efficiency range.
