The fluctuation judgment criterion is dynamically determined based on the statistical distribution characteristics of the historical reactive power change rate of the metering point itself, the traditional fixed threshold detection mode is replaced, and the identification of the fluctuation event can be self-adapted to the power consumption characteristics and load fluctuation habits of different users.
