Chain drive joint module

Abstract

The application discloses a chain transmission joint module, which comprises a rocker assembly, a shell assembly, a driving device, a transmission assembly and a control module; the rocker assembly is arranged on the shell assembly and movably connected with the shell assembly; the transmission assembly comprises at least one chain transmission system; the transmission assembly, the driving device and the control module are arranged in the shell assembly; the driving device is connected with the rocker assembly through the transmission assembly; and the driving device is electrically connected with the control module. The chain transmission is combined with the characteristics of the micro chain belt transmission, and is integrated into the joint module; the characteristics of the chain transmission, such as impact resistance and no backlash after micro tension, are utilized; the problem that the joint module is easy to be damaged is solved; and the reliability and the precision of the joint module are improved. In addition, the chain transmission has good transmission efficiency, and the torque output of the module is not affected. The cable running problem is considered in the integrated design of the joint module, and the cable abrasion and breakage are avoided.
