Abstract

The application provides a control method and system for automatically cutting waists, and belongs to the field of intelligent cutting of waists, and comprises the following steps: S1: starting the movement of a conveying mechanism through a control panel, and placing the waists in a cutting channel formed between the two conveying mechanisms; S2: as the conveying mechanism moves towards the cutting edge of a cutting knife, the cutting knife breaks the waists into two halves from the longitudinal direction, and removes the fat of the waists to obtain two waist pieces; S3: the waist pieces flow out of the discharge port of the cutting channel to the cutting table of a flower cutting device to perform a flower cutting process; and S4: starting a lifting mechanism through a controller, moving the cutting knife plate to the cutting table, and moving the flower cutting knife and the cutting-off knife installed on the cutting knife plate to the cutting table, and finally pressing and forming the waist pieces, so that the waists do not need to be placed manually, or the waists do not need to be cut manually, the cost of manual participation is reduced, and safety is improved.
