Abstract

The present application relates to the technical fields of explosion-proof valve of ventilation system, and discloses an anti-blast wave valve for safety protection of ventilation system, which comprises end plates, edge valve shells, and middle valve shells.The end plates are arranged in two groups.The edge valve shells are arranged in multiple groups and symmetrically arranged and fixedly installed on both sides between the two groups of end plates.The middle valve shells are arranged in multiple groups and symmetrically arranged between the two groups of symmetrically arranged edge valve shells.The lightweight round pipe valve flap is adopted in the present application to replace the external spring with the built-in steel wire, the impact stress is increased by the arc-shaped groove of the valve flap, the opening and closing response is rapid, the valve body has a symmetrical structure to block the shock wave in two directions, and the valve body can be automatically reset without permanent deformation, thereby solving the problems of slow response and easy rust of the spring of the traditional valve.The threaded column can adjust the tension of the steel wire and is suitable for various explosion-proof working conditions.The rectangular groove of the blocking plate is convenient for disassembly, adjustment and parameter setting, the guiding assembly limits the linear motion of the valve flap, the blocking and resetting are not stuck, and the assembly and maintenance are convenient.
