Abstract

The application discloses a PSS synchronization enhancement method and device, comprising the following steps: receiving a PSS time domain baseband signal and filtering and downsampling; acquiring frequency offset prior information, determining the number of segments Q according to the frequency offset prior information, and dividing a local PSS sequence into Q segments; respectively sliding correlating each segment subsequence with a received signal to obtain correlation results of each segment; calculating correlation powers of each segment and accumulating the correlation powers to obtain joint power; and detecting a joint power peak value to determine a frame header position. The application effectively resists frequency offset through adaptive segmentation and non-coherent combination, and the performance is improved by up to 5dB when the frequency offset exceeds 9.5kHz, is applicable to high-speed mobile scenarios, has cold start capability, and is feasible in engineering implementation.
