Abstract

This utility model discloses an extraction device for primary processing of agricultural products, including an extraction box, a discharge pipe connected to the lower middle part of the extraction box, a screening box below the extraction box, a cleaning port opened above the extraction box corresponding to the position of the discharge pipe, a V-shaped sieve plate connected to the upper part of the screening box, and symmetrically arranged collection boxes inserted inside the screening box corresponding to the position below the sieve plate. The bottom of the collection boxes is inclined, and the collection boxes have evenly arranged oil outlet holes. Through the oil outlet holes, the chili oil entering the collection box can fall into the lower part of the screening box. After the chili extraction is completed and the chili oil is collected, the motor is stopped, and the baffle is rotated to remove the sealing plate from the collection box, so that the collection box can be removed from the screening box for processing of chili residue. The chili residue is collected during screening, which facilitates subsequent processing of chili residue and avoids clogging of the sieve plate.
