An emergency water supply device for a coke oven riser pipe water seal system

Abstract

This invention proposes an emergency water replenishment device for a coke oven riser pipe water seal system, comprising a riser pipe cover water seal replenishment device and an emergency venting water seal replenishment device. The riser pipe cover water seal replenishment device includes an industrial water pipe, a balance tank, and an emergency storage tank. The outlet end of the industrial water pipe is connected to the emergency storage tank. The lower end of the emergency storage tank is connected to the balance tank via a water pipe and a first drain valve. The lower end of the balance tank is connected to the riser pipe water seal trough via a water pipe and a second drain valve. The emergency venting water seal replenishment device includes a venting water replenishment pipe and a circulating ammonia water pipe. One end of the venting water replenishment pipe is connected to the industrial water pipe via a venting water replenishment valve, and the other end is connected to the automatic venting device of the gas collecting pipe via a check valve. A water pressure detection device is installed on the circulating ammonia water pipe. This invention can effectively maintain the effective liquid level of the coke oven riser pipe water seal system under normal and special operating conditions, avoiding environmental accidents caused by water shortage in the coke oven riser pipe system.
